Where do you ship from?: Our New Zealand warehouse is located in Auckland. Subject to stock availability, orders will be shipped from this location.
How quickly will my juicer ship?: Orders received prior to 11.00am will ship same day. Orders received after 11.00am will ship the following business day.
How long will it take for my juicer to arrive?: Standard delivery will take 4 to 6 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Bank Deposit.
Do you accept returns?: If you are not completely satisfied with your Hurom juicing experience, return your juicer and the accessories in its original packaging to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your money in full.
What is the warranty?: The motor on all Hurom Cold Press Juicers is covered by a 10 year manufacturer's warranty. The remaining parts are covered by a 2 year warranty.
